On Tuesday, September 17th our Internet Banking system will be undergoing special maintenance. Beginning at 8:00 AM you will be unable to access your Internet Banking or your VITAL FCU mobile app. If you attempt to login to your internet banking, you will receive a down for maintenance error message. If you try to access your mobile app, you will receive a failed login message. The Internet Banking system will be down for 6 – 8 hours on this day. You will not be able to access any of your account information until the system is restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause thank you for your understanding.
Dormant Account Fees
Did you know that after two years of no account activity your accounts with the credit union will go dormant. This will cause you to incur a DORMANT ACCOUNT FEE of $15.00 per quarter.
You can avoid this fee by having at least one transaction done in your account every two years. This could be a withdrawal, deposit, or debit card pruchase.
